The new Divisional Secretary of the Alayadivembu Divisional Secretariat assumed his duties

Sri Lanka Administrative Service Officer Vinasithambi Papakaran, who has been appointed as the new Divisional Secretary of the Alayadiwembu Divisional Secretariat by the Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs, assumed his duties this afternoon (19).
The event was presided over by the Assistant Divisional Secretary of the Alayadiwembu Divisional Secretariat, Ratnam Suvakar.
Born and residing in Kolavil under Alayadiwembu Divisional Secretariat Division, he completed his primary education at Perunavalar Vidyalaya in Kolavil and completed his higher education at Sri Rama Krishna National College, Akkaraipattu.

He was selected for the Sri Lanka Administrative Service through the Open Competitive Examination held in 2012. He has been serving as the Assistant Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs after completing his two-year Masters in Human Resource Management in Australia with a Special Scholarship while continuing his public service as the Assistant Government Agent for Mannar District
