Through a campaign to attract the attention of the people affected by the elephant's mauling in Grama Sevakar Divisions of Chinnapanangadu, Kannagi Village-1 and Kannagi Village-2 under Alayadivembu Divisional Secretariat Division.
Today (2023.03.09) they submitted the Magajarin to the Divisional Secretary Mr.V.PaPakaran, asking for protection of their lives and properties.
Moreover, the people express their concern that the daily living activities of the villagers, their possessions and the educational activities of the students continue to be greatly affected by the rampage of the elephants.
It is noteworthy that they have requested to take action as soon as possible to protect themselves from the ever-increasing impact of elephants and have handed over the Magajarin containing the demands of the villagers to the Divisional Secretary.

Aiming to the Prosperity of the Government The approval has been obtained to construct 79 houses in our Alayadiwembu Divisional Secretariat Division on a priority basis based on the impact of the war as per the National Program by 2021, of which 55 houses with a value of Rs.1,000,000.00 A total of Rs. 69,400,000.00 worth of housing construction work for 24 houses is currently being carried out by the Alayadiwembu Divisional Secretariat.
